two laps of follow the dog trail at cannock,

hard work due to gloopy conditions, but at least the downhill bits were still pretty fast

after lap one we had a brew at the shop and two guys came over who after chatting to them turned out they were 75 years old and do the trail quite regulary in a respectable 2 hours.

thought it was neil at first!!!!

second lap and on the skinny bridge a mate fell in the bog and disappered, it's about 3 ft deep and stinks he looked like the swamp monster, so we headed back to the start, about 1/2 a mile, and jet washed him off, a quick change and off we went again.

hard day due to gloop

great fun with a pub lunch after..

coed brenin next wednesday is planned..
